Terms of Trading

Anatech Inc. is a proud Canadian distributor of OOFOS recovery footwear.

All goods supplied by Anatech Inc. are sold subject to the following conditions, and acceptance of any goods shall be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms

• All goods remain property of Anatech Inc. until the total invoice is paid in full.
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, FOB Richmond, B.C.
• All prices are subject to applicable GST/HST
• Minimum order: $100.00 before taxes *
• Surcharge will be applied for all orders not meeting minimum order.
• A service charge of $25.00 will be levied on all NSF cheques.
• Net 30 terms will be given upon completion and approval of credit application
• VISA / MASTERCARD / CHEQUE / EFT all accepted
• Anatech Inc. maintains the right to hold any orders on delinquent overdue accounts.
